first and only time ive seen this band was 9th march 2013 at Legends of Rock and boy did these guys fit in, it was a early start to the day with 11.45am start but lots of people turned out and were not disappointed. the pure power they put in the performance is electric and energy the guys give is very catching was a super set left everyone wanting more, fantastic guys keep it up.

Last night was fu**ing awesome guys!! Can't wait for Yarmageddon in March!! You'll blow everyone away!!!

Ian, wow Im on first name terms with 'Dave', (crap it was Ian wasn't it)(cider haze)! Firstly DOA needs to go back into the set, did you get the vibe? ;-) and you guys need to play a longer set, you should be playing until your fingers bleed, three hours I reckon should do it even if you have to put the price up, no worries. Thats my whinges out the way, really great gig as usual, thats standard for you guys though. So, Bristol, big city 40 miles west of Swindon, where the M4 and M5 intersect, you have found it once before so you can do it again. The Fleece has a one tribute band a month rule (I think) so you will probably struggle (unjustly so) to get in there. I don't know much about venues but I would go for The Tunnels at Temple Meads, I have seen a couple of gigs there, they have a website. Its bigger than The Vic & 12 Bar, so there is Enough Space, there are half a million potential Foos fans in Bristol, come on FFS, how many times do I have to ask. See my reviews from 15/10/10 & 21/10/11. (I have no affiliation to The Tunnels). I have lived All My Life in the 'Gert Lush' City of Brizzol so get your arses in your Flying Machines or your White Limo and get down here and lets See You rock My Poor Brain. Simply stunning, they were musically and vocally fantastic. My highlight was hey! Johnny park, my favourite foo's song which was a nice suprise to have a lesser known song done. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for the next time they're in the Nottingham/newark area.

Went to Glastonbudget for the first time in 2011 and saw these guys perform! They are awesome! I have seen the real thing at Wembley and Milton Keynes Bowl and the buzz and the atmosphere for me was the same! You can tell how hard these guys have worked to get so good! Even down to Dave Grohl's moves! Just like the man himself. I had my wedding booked for 3rd of June 2012 but after seeing them and how good Glastonbudget was we decided to postpone our wedding so we could see them again and i just would like to say Thanks to Fake Dave (sorry didn't get your name) for taking the time out to come say hello so i could tell him how awesome i thought they were. Tried sooo hard to get a picture but it was too dark and didn't turn out. Gutted! Well done guys! Hope to see you again in Newark or Derby real soon! xxxx

Not one of the best THE BEST tribute band there is, it's the second time I've seen the four fighters now and they are simply awesome. If your a foo fighters fan you will love these guys can't wait to see them again!

Meaty, Testosteronic heavy rock with a grunge sauce was the main dish on the ‘Pot plate as the F.F.’s paid marvellous homage to the music of Dave Grohl and co.

What must have been the most decibel-generating band to grace the Flowerpot stage blasted out the Foo’s best tracks from their seven award-winning albums. Centre-stage was Iain Angus as Warren, Ohio’s most famous son David Eric Grohl who put in a stellar performance on his signature D.G. Gibson guitar, as well as orchestrating all the legendary sing/ scream-alongs amongst the Flowerpot faithful.

Drummer Richard Sutt (Taylor Hawkins), bassist Geoff Livermore (Nate Mendel) and the mystery man known only as ‘Spam’ (Chris Shiflett) on second guitar were the Yorkshire pudding and veg. to Angus’s beef in the four-piece Leeds and Bradford-based combo.

This was a knock-out 90 minute audio-orgy of grey matter-mashing, sense-numbing, fist-pumping, riff-ripping power rock. Highlights for me were the grungey, nod to Nirvana, tinkly then thunderous ‘Best of You’ with Angus’ throaty Grohl growl and roar at its very best, followed by the hypnotically hooky, anthemic ‘Arlandria’. Marvellous. Ear-drum detonating encore ‘Monkey Wrench’ ended an amazing night. “One in ten!!” More like an off the scale 11 out of 10, boys. Awesome.

Drove about 70 miles to see you play in Tavistock. I KNEW you wouldn't be able to get that searing, soaring Foo guitar sound.  I was wrong - YOU GOT IT! And how the fuck can you play drums like Taylor Hawkins unless you're him? Especially ROPE! Faves: Everlong, My Hero (Ace drums!). But how can you go all this way and not play Cornwall? A county full of surfers. I never met a surfer who didn't love FooFighters!

I really loved it. It was my first concert thingy I've been to and I really enjoyed it. You are brilliant, and sound exactly like the Foo Fighters, as I've heard them. Ps. Thank you Iain for the pick, It's inspired me to learn how to play the guitar :) Live long and rock out >:D

This was the first time I had seen the Four Fighters. Not being accustomed to Foo Fighters music, I was very impressed with the commitment and enthusiasm of the band. They kept the audience enthralled with their renditions of Foo Fighters songs. Their professionalism and dedication was second to none. Foo Fighters fans will do well to see this band if they are playing nearby. I am sure that they will not be disappointed.

I am an avid Foo's fan and I was looking forward to seeing Four Fighters and what I saw and heard, completely blew me away. I haven't seen many tribute bands but I have seen the Foo's live and four Fighters had them down to a tee. Playing songs from the Foo's first album right up to "Wheels" on the greatest hits, this band were awesome. The sound was amazing and they were so tight musically. This band is a must for Foo's fans and if I could, I would go and see them again tonight, and tomorrow and the next night etc, etc. Well done guys, LOVED IT !!!

We had the most fantastic night and we jumping around down at the front all night so thanks you guys you rock.

I've seen the Foo Fighters twice at the NEC and Wembley. The Four Fighters are a true tribute, guitars and even the Mesa Stacks are the same as the ones used at wembley. These guys rock. See you in Poole on the 21/11/09. Gibbo

Once again, The Four Fighters gave an AWESOME performance on Sunday at the TRIBFEST in Beverley. As promised from last year, I brought several of my friends along to witness the Fours' rockin' through an hour of the best Fighters' songs. Without fail, every track delivered the energy and musicianship of Grohls' band. The Four Fighters should, without a doubt, be the headline act at next years Tribfest!

The audience started off a bit slow but after being oiled up by the great music they enjoyed a great night of rock. a great point about the four fighters was that they played the foo fighters music with very much the same attitude but they brought their personalities to the band. every member brought their own touch to the gig. Musically the band were great as well as being aesthetically pleasing... more than audio it was visual and pure entertainment. The set was fantastic and had a great layout. not mucn more to say... awesome gig 10 out of 10!

Heard the band play at Cobo beach and the Dog House in Guernsey. These boys rock! Very tight set and they deliver the spirit and authentic sound of the Foo's.

Note for note perfect guys. So, so impressed. And to do so with a stand in bassist is remarkable. Your frontman has all the subtle things down as well. The way Dave holds himself, the way he throws his hand to the air after a chord, even the hair covering the face. Fantastic guitarist, very energetic, not in the Shiflett style. But an excellent musician, great performance. Very impressed. Your drummer has mastered the Bonham/Grohl/Hawkins style to a tee. Very tight. Excellent. Great job from the stand in bassist. Let's be fair, Nate Mendel does not have complex bass lines, but you did a great job and fitted right in. Awesome work.

In all sincerity, thank you for playing last night. It has been a while since Dave etc have graced our shores. It was so good to hear those live tunes played in the way you did. If only all tribute bands were that good. There are few bigger Foos fans in Ireland than me, and I could have sworn I was at a real show. There is no higher praise I can give you. Come back to Ireland soon. I'll be in the front row when you do.

Really enjoyed the night!! as good as any tribute band we have ever seen, sounded great and most importantly looked like you were enjoying it and loved the music you were playing. I play in a cover band (just local) and the night was a real inspiration for us, on how inportant the band enjoying what they do is. The Four Fighters gave a FANTASTIC performance on Friday night at the TRIBFEST in Yorkshire. Thrashing through an hour of rockin' Foo songs with all the energy and musicianship of the real Fighters! Every strum, whammy and solo was spot on and true to Grohls' band. Having seen the Foo Fighters on several occasions I can truly say that the Four Fighters are the best tribute to the Foo you could ever hope to see. Thank you Four Fighters for a great gig and I look forward to bringing my friends along to your next event.

Just the best gig i've seen at Kyps in a V long time..A V good night was had by all . Hoffman Sloth were fab ,we've seen them play at King Charles in Poole but just love the room to dance along at Kyps. The Four Fighters were GREAT ,having recently been to Wembley to see the real ones, I would say I enjoyed it more !!! so good having really fab music to listen to...will be coming EVERY time Four Fighters are there. We all do tend to travel a bit to see them as far as the Brook in Southampton, which also is a great venue but down side , someone has to drive, so if you like rock, Four Fighters are the ones see.. Another brill gig guys, a long wait for the start with no support act but it was worth it. Spot on sound (apart from the local accent between numbers) and 100% Foo attitude. Crowd a bit more up for it this time - compared to christmas - and it showed. Despite claims by others on the web, the best Foos tribute band we've heard, only bettered by the real thing

I'm probably one of the biggest Foo Fighters fans on the planet, I've been into the band since 1995, I've now seen them 29 times live over the years and Wembley in June will be my 30th. I've got to say that I saw your promo video on You Tube before the gig and I thought you sounded/looked good but the live experience was even better. What a great show. You rocked the joint bigtime last night. From the opening onslaught of In Your Honour right through to Monkey Wrench it was a non stop rollercoaster ride of pure rock. Dave and the guys would have been proud.

Went to Snafu totally out of the blue(was supposed to be in local celebrating an exam success but got bored) and happened to stumble upon a great bar and even better band. How excited was I to discover a cover of my favourite band ever (u may have guessed that from the raving pi$$ head i.e. me, dancing like a loon in front of you all night!!!) I love Dave and Foo's more than anything, Everlong, My Hero and Generator are in my top 5 of all time... Anyway, I digress, you were wicked and played Generator (even if it was a rehersal!!) and I could have u play in my front room 24/7. Hopefully be seeing you all again soon... You were amazing guys. I never was a massive fan of the Foo's but I found myself happily singing along and as much as I hate to admit it, I had a super smashing great time and now I love them thanks to you. The only difference between the Foo Fighters and the Four Fighters is just the name. Quality night from a quality band. For all venues and promotors out there if you have not looked at these guys you aint doing your job right!. Will be getting them back as soon as they are free at our other bigger venue, the 12 Bar.

Hey Guys, saw Foos at Manchester last December and this was like I was right back there, except with a front row seat!! Absolutely fantastic, right from the opening of In Your Honour to the ever-excellent All My Life. I was dubious at first seeing a FF tribute, being such an avid fan and a quite meticulous drummer, but I was blown away!! You guys have the Foos down to a 'T', from Taylors style of playing to Nate's mannerisms with his guitar, Vocals were right on the money giving massive presence. PA problems (not the Four's fault!) meant some songs lost vocals but they were well dealt with like true professionals. Get yourselves back to Hull soon!!!! Martin

The heavens opened as the Cas Vegas crew stumbled out of the local weatherspoons in Leeds as we walked to the "coach of rock". A wee bit wet we stepped upon the coach to see the Bradford massive and some old faces I hadn't seen in a while. As soon as we reached the M1 the sun appeared with his hat on, and so did "peter kay live in bolton" on the in coach entertainment system. Nice choice Esther. After a short traffic jam, we reached the rock city venue in just over an hour n half. Everyone seemed in good spirit, this was prob due to Mr Kay. The cas vegas massive sneaked off into town to meet up with the rest of the crew (big dave etc). A few pints in a local watering hole we reached the rock city just as "In your Honor" was striking up. I pushed my way to the front to see again faces from the past. A good sound was being produced from the band and the in house P.A. The first 3 songs flowed nicely until Iain (Dave) Angus had a lil natter with the travelling and local fans. As the set went on the room became hotter, which showed on the crowd and the band. The crowed did seem to enjoy it though as you could see people nodding heads, mouthing lyrics and the odd foot tapping. After a in your face set, the FF boys finished with my personal fave, "Monkey Wrench". John and I started off a small jump or so.....followed by uncle fester himself "kes" dragging half the club with him to the front. By the time the chorus was being sung out the best pit the night saw had formed. A gathering of hairy arsed blokes throwing themselves round was the highlight for the FF boys, and they wee lil kids who came off worse from the destruction left by the pit. Anyway, a great set lads, Followed by a great tribute band Greenish Day. After the Show it was into the 3 nights clubs rocking and dancing to old faves I aint heard in years. The coach home was a lil bit quiet, but with "Top Gun" as the entertainment a few of us joined in with the "you lost that loving feeling" bit. How sad!!!!! A wee bit of vomit a short while later the coach reached Bradford and Leeds at around 3am. All in All this was a great night. The FF boys put in a real good performance, and with a few more gigs like this they could become one of the leading tribute acts in the UK. Nice 1 boys, lets have another trip like this 1 again!

Nearly missed this gig, only finding out about it at 5pm that day. Fate let me be there by giving me Foo Fighters breadcrumbs through the day. A guy on the bus with his 'All My Life' ringtone, buying a Dave Grohl book in HMV & later going in the Apple shop hearing the Foos playing in there. All this made me look at the guys site to find them playing locally! Boy was I glad I turned up. Me and the guys right at the front gave our all to try & match the energy of the 4 in front of us. Guys, you ROCKED!!! & my neck is still recovering, lol! Was great to say hello afterwards & put names to faces. Will try to get to another of your gigs ASAP!!!
